Dry Gas Filter

Dry gas filters are to clean gaseous streams from solid particulates in refineries, plants, transmission and distribution networks while no liquid phases are expected in the fluid flows. These units typically installed inline to protect downstream equipment from destructive rigid particulates like dust, sand, scale and rust.
The mechanism contains conducting the gas into the filter vessel to be forced to flow through the media of the filtering cartridges in an outside-to-inside direction. To ensure having low pressure drop and high efficiency filtration, the filtration surface area shall exceed required amount regarding to the maximum capacity of the gas stream.
