Scrubber
intro

Scrubber

A mechanical scrubber is a type of separator which is used to remove unwanted entrained ingredients from the streams with high ratio of gaseous phase. To eliminate harmful particulates and liquid slugs, scrubbers basically utilize gravity, impingement method and centrifugal force or a combination of them as separation techniques.
Generally, gravity is helpful in all types of separation systems, but developed designs in settlers will be considered in case of specific circumstances and client’s order.
Utilization of impingement and centrifugal methods is customary depending on requirements. Accordingly, mist extractors and particle settlers such as mesh pads, vane packs or bundles and cyclones are capable to be applied into scrubbers separately or jointly.
We represent our expansive potential with high-quality units known as wire mesh and multi-cyclone scrubbers in various sizes and capacities.
