(SHMG) was founded in 1990 , as one of the contractor of National Iranian Oil & Gas Company (NIOGC).

During the past years (SHMG) has acted as a leading engineering and consulting company integrated with its main functions as engineering consulting , project engineering and EPC project contracting .

(SHMG) has been certified by Iso 9001/2008 & Iso 14001/2004 & OHSAS 18001,2007 for project management (IMS) & Iso TS 29001 2003 For Design , Engineering , and procurement of Gas , Oil & Petrochemical plants.

By the end of 2009 (SHMA) has successfully executed about 70 projects of Petrochemical plants, petroleum & gas treatment refinery off site and tank age facilities, oil depots & environmental protection in gas industries.

(SHMG) provides specialized industrial services in design , engineering , procurement & construction management , specifically requirements of oil & gas & Petrochemical plants & facilities .
