Wringing Separator
A recent method of separation in mostly gaseous streams is wringing system. In this technique, separating the finest solid particles and liquid droplets from gaseous phase will occur in a great accuracy of 99 percent based on internal fluid flow principles in fluid dynamics. In a wringing separator, the fluid conducts to a spiral duct as main stream and a secondary downward flow as well. Ascended secondary stream through a path, prevents trapped particles in boundary layer remaining suspended in the main stream. Hence, by means of several paths, particle accumulation will be completed gradually. High rated removal efficiency, non-required consumable parts and user-friendly maintenance in wringing separators made them the proper choice in separators. Shiraz Mechanic group is pleased to be pioneer representing this new technology in Iran.
